What we collect
We collect the information you provide when requesting a reading: email, optional first name, age or age range, focus area, and your question. We may also store referral/UTM data (e.g. campaign source) and payment-related identifiers (e.g. Stripe session ID) for order fulfilment and analytics.
How we use it
We use your data to deliver your reading, send transactional emails (e.g. payment confirmation, PDF delivery), and--only if you have given consent--to send marketing emails (e.g. tips, offers). We do not sell your data.
Marketing consent
Marketing emails are sent only when you have opted in. Transactional emails (confirmations, delivery) are sent regardless of marketing consent as necessary for the service.
Your rights (GDPR)
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data. Contact us with your email and we will respond within a reasonable time. You may also withdraw marketing consent at any time via the link in our emails.
